King Crab with Melon Gazpacho AppetizerLast night Chefs Joe and Brian served up the surf course as claw of King Crab aside a bowl of gazpacho soup garnished with mellon.








Surf and Turf NightThe turf course was Prime Angus Beef fillet set atop a mole sauce and topped with sauteed spinach.









Surf and Turf Wine Pairings

The wine pairings were Cloudline Oregon Pinot Gris and Miner California Cabernet Sauvignon from their Stagecoach vineyard.
